This Hippomotus is so cute for someone’s birthday. He is bringing balloons to the party. I did this card in Navy Blue and Coastal Cabana. It is a layered card with beautiful designer series paper and then Navy Blue Triangles on top. The Hippo is on a white tag and Coastal Cabana is mounted behind.
