Last week I was in Kansas City with Handmade Soap and Cosmetic Guild Conference. This Conference was packed with lots of information and ideas. We learned that the Cosmetic laws have been updated by Congress. You may not know that the Cosmetic Regulations have not changed since 1938. This keeps the products we make safe for you. As a professional, I appreciate the Handmade Soap and Cosmetic Guild lobbying Congress on our behalf.
